I do not struggle.

Every time I speak, something else rearranges itself... if I were the sort of person that was afraid of change, I would be quite a zombie by now, but lucky me, I welcome change.

I have a huge quantum project due on Wednesday, and I haven't really written much code for it yet. I keep rearranging the architecture, improving the design... thinking about all of the things that I have to consider before writing anything for work, but what I need to do is make it satisfy the specification before I run out of time. Programming is equal parts art and science to me, though... I feel like I'm tainting my work to neglect the one for sake of the other. And who doesn't want perfection, anyway? Ah well, I'm sure enough that I'll get an A in the class as long as I don't seriously screw this up, so I'm not too concerned.

I want to go to France, but it costs too damn much the way I want to do it. Why can't I just have a vacation?

My classes are very nearly sorted out for next semester. I've got seven of them, technically, but one of them is independent study with Dr. Orooji, so I won't have to do anything, and the other is a writing class, so I won't have to do very much. I wish I knew where I learned to write... never did figure that out. Eh.

Alright. I've got to go before I realize just how much of my life I've wasted staring at a blinking cursor.

Take care, everyone!

Love ya, Cherie, and I hope to see you soon.
